Sponsorship of an animal helps us offset the costs.

Vet expenses average $400 for a dog and $300 for a cat

Vet costs include:

• examination
• spay or neuter
• flea and heartworm preventatives
• skin/eye/ear treatments.

 At times we have animals who need more extensive care such as dental work, additional surgery including but not limited to amputations.

These costs are not included in our average.

We also incur costs in Food, Cat Litter, and Transportation 

To offset what we do not receive in sponsorship we Fundraise throughout the year with Bake Sales, Silent Auctions, Sales of Merchandise and the generosity of our Partners.
